Surah Ash-Shu'ara 26:142
إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ١٤٢

When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
