Surah Ash-Shu'ara 26:174
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ١٧٤

Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
