Surah Ya-Sin 36:70
لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ٧٠

To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers.
