Surah Al-Mursalat 77:48
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ ٤٨
EnglishSahih International
And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.
